For one night, two kitchens share a single table. ilili DC executive chef Satinder Vij joins chef-owner Yuan Tang of the Michelin-starred Rooster & Owl for a multi-course tasting menu, served family style — where modern Lebanese Mediterranean cooking meets New American technique and Asian influence, course by course.
